Yes, it's Static again. Just another crappy Digital Tech pic with a horrible little background. However, I DID edit Static a teensy bit. I changed his cuffs and his shoes ever so slightly. He's also a bit more of a golden yellow now. Well, that's about it. Not much to say, yeah . . .
